Mindfulness Refresher Session
I would like to invite you to this online mindfulness session in the hope that it will give you an opportunity to reconnect to your practice and to focus on your own wellbeing.
As requested at the last practice, we will start with gentle mindful movement before the final meditation and you are invited to lie on the floor, so have a mat, blanket and whatever you need to be comfortable ready.
