‘New Beginnings’ Yoga & Meditation Workshop
Why New Beginnings?
2020 has been a challenging year that’s brought up many emotions — ranging from anxiety and fear to grief and sadness. Whatever you’re going through, there’s a lot to process not only in your mind, but in your body too! Our Yoga practice helps us cultivate resilience and inner peace, which is essential to help us cope with these difficult times.
This workshop will help you ease tension and give you the chance to reconnect with a calmer self. Guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) will leave you wonderfully calm and relaxed. Why not invite friends or family to join in as well – everyone is welcome 😊
What do I need?
Comfortable clothing, Yoga mat, Yoga blocks or cushions/pillows if needed, blanket, scarf or eye pillow, water
How much does it cost?
£12 per person or £20 per household
