After living through two of the most stressful and anxiety-inducing years of our lives, focusing on wellbeing has never been more valuable or needed.
This retreat day is perfect for deepening your connection with yourself. It will focus on boosting your energy, give you time for reflection as well as deep relaxation and bliss. August is a lovely month as we enjoy the warm, bright summer season.

What do I need?
Comfortable, warm indoor and outdoor clothing, sun cream and hat, Yoga mat, Eye pillow/scarf, 2 x Yoga blocks or firm cushions/pillows, blanket, water.

£68 pp (excluding lunch)
