About Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is an amazing time to practise yoga and you’ll find huge benefits mentally and physically as you move through the trimesters.

Pregnancy Yoga with Isvara Wellbeing is about you and our classes are specially tailored for mums-to-be and held at a comfortable pace.

We also run birth preparation workshops from the third trimester, which are great for both mums and dads-to-be.

Pregnancy and childbirth can place a huge mental and physical strain on you, but pregnancy yoga can help ease both and prepare you for the birth of your child.

Block booking

£45 per person for five online sessions

If a session is missed, the prepaid fee can be carried forward to the next class (no more than once) or to baby yoga
