What is a yoga retreat?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer: for some, it’s stretching in downward dog during Yoga or switching off the phone for the day.

For others, it’s getting back to nature, silence or meditation. We host weekend and day events designed to give you the reboot you need.

Our themed retreats offer restorative yoga classes, wellbeing workshops, mindfulness meditation and guided walks through the local landscape. There will be plenty of time for you to relax in our beautiful countryside venue, have some downtime or make new friends in between sessions.

You will super-charge your body and spirit with our scrumptious plant-based meals, celebrating all things fresh and organic, while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Having successfully led numerous international retreats in India, Egypt and Europe, Babs Freeman has been inspired by the lockdown to offer her trips in the UK.

Babs teaches in a holistic, intuitive way and every retreat is different, as are her students. She creates a unique program, which allows everyone to learn at their own pace whilst experiencing Yoga and Mindfulness as part of a group. She understands her students need to have a ‘good time’ too, so there is always the opportunity to chill out and have a laugh!
