At Isvara Wellbeing, we offer a three-pronged approach to wellness – yoga, mindfulness based equine therapy and counselling.
Our yoga classes, mindfulness practices, counselling and equine therapy service in Dorset can help you de-stress and relax, strengthen, re-evaluate, cope and grow.
The health and fitness of body and mind has always been hugely important to me.
Through Isvara Wellbeing, I’m able to help you discover the joys of yoga and mindfulness, while also supporting you through tougher times if, and when, you need me.
I grew up in Germany and taught gymnastics before leaving to study dance in England when I was 18. After discovering yoga as a pathway to fulfilment, I qualified as an instructor, developing my own style while also absorbing influences from the likes of Shiva Rea and Baron Baptiste.
I went on to achieve qualifications in fitness instruction, yoga therapy and mindfulness, as well as gaining a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Wellness rarely means the same thing to everyone and we all have different wellness needs at different times in our lives.
Through Isvara, I have fused three vitally important areas of wellbeing, where I’m able to truly make a difference to your mind, body and spirit – helping you lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Since childhood I have also always had a special connection with animals and experienced their ability to work therapeutically with humans.
Thanks to my association with ‘Horse Serenity' and 'Silverwood Therapy Farm' in Dorset, I finally realised my dream and merged my passion for therapy with my love of horses by becoming an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist.
If you're curious about Yoga, Counselling and Equine-Facilitated Therapy in a peaceful, natural setting here in Dorset or want to explore how mindfulness can support your well-being, I’d love to hear from you.
No pressure, no expectations—just an open space to explore what’s possible.
